Event DescriptionThe Power of Education | Friday Night Live Having access to institutes and universities which provide us with knowledge is a virtue that is not granted to everyone. This blessing is one that must be valued and given its due right. Many times there is emphasis placed on gaining a secular education while Islamic education is abandoned. However, as we learn, it is critical for the Muslims to be well versed in both secular and Islamic knowledge as they both play an important role in this life and the Hereafter. For this week's Friday Night Live, we are extremely excited to host the Co-Founder and President of Zaytuna College along with our Miftaah scholars, Shaykh Abdullah Waheed and Mufti Abdul Wahab Waheed, as they discuss the value of education and how it can impact our lives as well as the generations ahead. Editor's Notes: Sh Hamza sits down and has a conversation with the leaders of the Miftaah Institute. He provides many book recommendations and provides biographical information about his early days using the Deobandi method.
